BEWARE Productions and BEWARE Presents (“BEWARE,” “we,” “us”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use beware.net (the “Site”).
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, event details, and anything else you enter in our forms or send us — through contact, quote, onboarding, or email-list signups.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and usage data, through standard server logs and cookies.
To respond to inquiries and provide our services; to send emails you’ve requested (news, shows, and updates); to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with law.
If you join our list, we’ll email you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing i@beware.net.
We use only the minimal cookies needed to operate the Site (for example, to maintain an admin session). We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser if you prefer.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us run the Site and our communications (such as hosting, form delivery, and email tools), who are bound to protect it; anyone when required by law or to protect our rights; and a successor in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails, by emailing i@beware.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, which we will honor to the extent they apply to us.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
The Site links to third-party sites (such as ticketing platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “last updated” date revised above.
