How BEWARE collects, uses and shares information when you visit beware.net, contact us, or interact with our advertising.

This Privacy Policy describes how Beware Productions and Beware Presents (together, “BEWARE,” “we,” “us” or “our”), located at 3280 Green Pointe Pkwy, Suite 200, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092, handle information collected through www.beware.net and any related pages, forms, landing pages, emails and advertising we operate (the “Site”). By using the Site you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact or consulting inquiry, rental inquiry, event-planner form, new-client or onboarding form, job application, or email-list signup, we receive what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, event date, event type, equipment or service needs, project details, links you provide (such as a resume or portfolio link), and any other message content. Please do not submit sensitive information such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers or health information through our web forms.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked (including telephone-number taps), referring and exit pages, date and time of visits, and the advertising campaign, keyword or ad click identifier that brought you here (for example UTM parameters, a Google click ID (gclid) or a Meta click ID (fbclid)).
Campaign information with form submissions. If you arrived through an ad or tracked link, we may store that campaign information for the length of your browsing session and include it, together with the page you submitted from, in the inquiry you send us, so we can understand which marketing produced the request.
Information from others. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics providers, from event partners, venues, ticketing partners and clients, from public sources, and from people who list you as a contact.
We and our partners use cookies, local and session storage, pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits and similar technologies (together, “cookies”) to make the Site work, remember your session, understand how the Site is used, and measure and improve advertising. They fall into these categories:
You can control cookies through your browser settings (for example by blocking or deleting them), through the opt-out tools in Sections 6 and 7, and through your device’s privacy settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal; because there is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track, we do not respond to it, but we will treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing where the law requires us to.
We operate a simple first-party counter that records anonymous events such as a page view, a completed form, or a tap on our phone number, together with the page, campaign tags, and a general device type. This counter does not store your name, email address, telephone number, or IP address.
We use the Google tag and may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing and related Google advertising features. These tools place or read cookies and identifiers on your browser or device and send information about your visit (such as pages viewed, events like form submissions or call taps, device information, and approximate location) to Google. Google uses this information to provide measurement and reporting to us, to help us measure the effectiveness of our ads, and to show ads to you and others, including on other websites and apps in Google’s network. Google may combine this information with other information it holds, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We may use the Meta Pixel and similar Meta business tools. These tools allow Meta to receive information about your interactions with the Site (such as pages viewed, forms submitted and phone taps) together with identifiers such as cookie IDs, IP address and browser information. We use this to measure conversions, understand and reach audiences, and deliver and optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta products. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy, and may use it for its own purposes as described there.
You can also use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), or opt out on mobile devices through your device settings.
We may share information:
The Site may link to or embed third-party content and services, including social networks, maps, fonts, ticketing platforms, payment processors and video hosts. Those parties may collect information directly from you under their own policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not intend for payment card numbers to pass through our web forms.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or at beware.net/unsubscribe. We may still send transactional or service-related messages about an inquiry, booking or order. If we offer text messaging, we will do so only in accordance with applicable law and any consent you provide.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business records, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal and operational needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no website, server or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Site and send information to us at your own risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, to limit certain uses, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, email i@beware.net with the subject line “Privacy Request,” tell us what you are asking for, and include enough information for us to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We may need to verify your request and may decline requests where permitted by law, for example where an exception applies. If we decline, you may be able to appeal by replying to our response. To opt out of advertising cookies, use the tools in Sections 4, 6 and 7. To opt out of marketing email, use the unsubscribe link.
We have not knowingly sold personal information for monetary consideration. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under laws that apply to them, and nothing in this Policy gives rights beyond those the law requires.
The Site is intended for a general and business audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
BEWARE is based in the United States and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site you consent to this transfer to the extent permitted by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This Policy is provided for general informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEWARE is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party platforms, advertisers or service providers, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from information you choose to disclose. Nothing in this Policy limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
